Choices consists of the mental, physical and spiritual process of judging the merits of multiple options and selecting one of them.

While a
choice can be made between imagined options ("what would I do if ...?"), often a choice is made between real options, and followed
by the corresponding action.

Most people regard having
choices as a good thing, though a severely limited or artificially restricted choice can lead to discomfort with
choosing and possibly, an unsatisfactory outcome.

In contrast, unlimited
choices may lead to confusion, regret of the alternatives not taken, and indifference in an unstructured existence; and
the illusion that
choosing an object or a course leads necessarily to control of that object or course can cause psychological problems.

Sounds complex right?  It is.
Choices determine our outcomes.

Physically, mentally and spiritually..Basically, "You reap what you sow"  or  "What goes around comes around"

So
choices are vital, not only for us but for our children, our family and those who will follow (our legacy).

      Your                             Choices                            Matter
When we don’t set priorities, we tend to follow the path of least resistance.
(And following the path of least resistance, as the late, great Utah Phillips
reminded us, is what makes the river crooked!) That is, we’ll pick and sort
through the things we need to do and work on the easiest ones – leaving the
more difficult and less fun tasks for a “later” that, in many cases, never comes
– or, worse, comes just before the action needs to be finished, throwing us
into a whirlwind of activity, stress, and regret.
